OSR Shaker Solenoid

Kendrion OSR series shaker solenoid, designed with two excitation coils, generates a harmonious vibrating movement for gentle, steady, efficient material flow.

Vibrating movement occurs when the shaker solenoid is mounted to a base plate or to a base capable of vibration, such as pressure springs or leaf springs.

OSR shaker solenoids are compact by design and well-suited for applications where reliable, high-performance operation is required while space is limited.

The fully encapsulated bobbin and coils achieve reliable long-life service and maintenance-free operation. In addition, OSR shaker solenoids are not susceptible to dust or moisture when operational in rough or adverse conditions.

Applications include needle vibration, granule compaction, and container vibration to prevent gaps and assist product placement.

Various mounting options, including lateral screw mounting, permanent magnetic attachment and angle mounts, complete your OSR shaker solenoid.

The permanent magnetic attachment securely mounts the OSR shaker solenoid and is detachable from the vibrating surface. Angle mounts permanently fix the OSR shaker solenoid to a vibrating surface.

Phase angle controllers can be ordered separately for fine vibration adjustment via alternating current or direct current (via an integrated one-way rectifier). The phase controller can be DIN-rail-mounted in cabinets with limited space.
