Key Operated Valves

Key-operated pneumatic valves used for switching an air supply on or off manually within pneumatic systems can also provide a manual security function that prevents unauthorised machine operation by untrained operatives.

Only by insertion of the key is it possible to operate the valve; the key is removable in one position only. By removing the key, the valve is inoperable.

Two keys are provided; they are common and not unique to each valve. Spare keys are not available to order separately.

Key-operated pneumatic valves are available as a 3 or 5-way valve configuration with G1/8 threaded ports.

We offer ATEX fully certified, CE-marked pneumatic valves that comply with the ATEX directive for use within Group II Category 2, zones 1 and 21.
