OLV Linear Vibrator

Kendrion OLV series linear vibrators generate bi-directional linear motion by applying an alternating current to the excitation coil. The resulting oscillation matches the alternating current frequency, providing a fast, effective rhythmic vibration.

OLV linear vibrators are cylindrical. The outer body is manufactured with a steel housing and a fully enclosed excitation coil for heavy-duty applications requiring long-life service and robustness.

Applications include positioning paper in printing applications or compacting materials within filling applications when fitted with an additional weight attachment.

Phase angle controllers can be ordered separately for fine vibration adjustment via alternating current or direct current (via an integrated one-way rectifier). The phase controller can be DIN-rail-mounted in cabinets with limited space.
